Our team handles over 3,000 monthly stops and growing.
We are currently seeking Experienced Pool Repair Technicians who are ready to build a long-term career with a company that values technical expertise, independence, and a passion for doing the job right the first time.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial pool equipment including pumps, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, and filters
Work independently to assess service needs and complete repair tasks with minimal supervision
Communicate professionally with office staff and clients to explain repairs and equipment recommendations
Track inventory and maintain clean, organized equipment in company-provided service truck
Utilize technology (e.g., repair software, service apps) for job tracking and reporting
Occasionally assist with renovation or new installation projects if needed
What We’re Looking For
Required: 3+ years of hands-on pool repair experience (residential and/or commercial)
Strong knowledge of pool hydraulics, automation systems, saltwater systems, and general plumbing/electrical as it relates to pools
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable using apps and mobile tools for communication and documentation
Strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset
