We’ll provide hands-on training to help you succeed in the pool industry while building a career with a fast-growing, professional company.
We’re a fully licensed and insured Certified Pool Contractor (CPC) servicing over 3,300 stops per month across Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Iona, Estero, Sanibel, and Captiva. We handle both residential and commercial accounts and are expanding quickly, and we want you to grow with us.
What We Offer:
• Weekly pay
• $17–$19/hour to start, with increases as you gain experience

Your Responsibilities (We’ll Train You To):
• Clean and maintain swimming pools (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, emptying baskets, etc.)
• Test and balance pool water chemistry
• Learn how to inspect and operate pool equipment
• Provide friendly, professional communication with customers
• Report any issues to your manager and ensure pools are safe, clean, and ready to enjoy
